Once you reach out to us, we’ll engage in a conversation to gather important information about your home, such as its size, style, and location. We’ll also discuss your budget, whether you already have plans, and your desired timeline. 02. Quote

Our quoting process is meticulous and comprehensive. It involves compiling sub-contractor quotes, determining the cost of materials, and considering any special options you have requested. 03. Launch

Once you accept our quote, Mark will collaborate with you to create a timeline and begin scheduling all the necessary aspects of the project. We will prepare a contract, and upon signing, we will issue a deposit invoice. Construction will commence once we have obtained all the required permits and approvals.

04. Build

Once construction begins, Mark will keep you informed and oversee the on-site team and the supply of materials required for the project. Our extensive experience, expertise, and understanding will alleviate any stress and ensure that your build is a pleasant journey. Throughout the construction process, our team will maintain a clean and organized site, removing any excess trash, materials, or tools.

05. Deliver

Upon the completion of construction and thorough cleaning, we will arrange a meeting with you to walk through all the job details and address any questions or concerns you may have.

06. Support
